Your Guest Rooms Have:

* Your room has its own air-conditioning unit
* Your own TV/VCR, clock radio, FM/AM with CD player
* Your have movies in our movie library, you may borrow
* Your wine glasses, stopper and openers are awaiting your use
* Your rooms have bath robes & slippers for the ladies
* You have wonderful views of our many flower gardens
* Some or your rooms have fire places and Jacuzzi tubs
** May - October: You will enjoy the two night minimum stay on
weekends and our three night minimum stays that are required on
Holidays. You will also receive discounts for your stays longer
than 4 days, and when you travel during the weekday, Monday -Thursday
you will receive special discount.

#1 -$135 per night , plus tax-You will rest
your head on a queen size bed, made of cherry wood in a Queen
Ann style. You have a wonderful view of the large backyard
and huge maple trees from your own deck. |
| Your room has a private
bath with an extra deep tub and shower combination. We have
just had a large Jacuzzi tub added to your room and for
your romantic evenings, a fire place to enhance the mood.
You have a dressing area in the bath for putting on your
make-up and blowing your hair dry. Robes are always furnished. |

# 2 - $95 per night, plus tax- Your room
is furnished in a lovely bulky Oak bedroom set with a queen
bed. Your private bath across the hall, has a large deep
soaking tub, really relaxing, you will love it. |
| You are furnished robes,
of course. You have a wonderful view of your front gardens
from your bedroom windows. Your room is only a short walk
to the second floor sun deck, located on the south side
of the house. Your perfect spot for relaxing and getting
a little sun. You can hear the fountain from your garden
below.

# 3 - $125 per night, plus tax. Your
room is light and airy with pastel flowers on the walls
and islet curtains on the windows that add to the softness
of the room. You will get a peaceful feeling right away.
Your queen size bed is done in a white wrought iron and
brass. |

Your Oak fire place adds just the romantic
touch that you needed for that romantic getaway. You can
dine in your room, where there is a gate-leg table that
you just need to open to us. Your room also has a dressing
table with chair. Your really large private bath across
the hall has the Jacuzzi tub, double shower, two pillar
sinks and another dressing area.

for each additional person, children are free up to age
12, plus tax.
Your room has two beds. One is a queen and the other is
a twin. Your room has its own bath with a large sit down
shower. You have a ramp that is accessible to this area. |
| You have a dressing area
in your room for putting on make-up and doing your hair
so as to free up the bath in your area. Your area is furnished
with a TV/VCR which also has a "Dish" hookup.
Your area also has a table that seats four persons. You
have sliding glass doors with a wonderful view of the back
yard formal garden and winding path ways. Your room is done
in Cherry wood. You have an outside Bar-B-Q that is there
for your use if you wish. You have winding paths with picnic
tables, who could ask for more? |

Your area is the whole third floor. You have a view from every
window and lots of large trees. You have a full kitchen with
a counter stove, small refrigerator, microwave, bar sink and
table for four. |

with a large Jacuzzi tub for two (if you wish). You have
a seating area also. Your bedroom has a queen bed and robes
are furnished. You have a CD player by the Jacuzzi tub and
one next to your bed. You have a TV in your room with a
VCR player. You have lots of movies in our movie library
you may borrow for those relaxing evenings. You can make
the room really romantic just by turning off the TV and
turning on the fireplace. A true honeymoon sweet. |
